Service Description

A class to help prepare preteens and their parents to have intentional conversations about reproductive health. Together, we'll open the lines of communication about puberty and make a plan for menstruation. We'll discuss the anatomy of menstruation, the hormonal cycle, a variety of menstruation hygiene options, and how to optimize your wellness and self care. This class will empower preteens to take ownership of their bodies and prepare them for the changes ahead.
