At the end of our time together, you will feel confident making decisions about your birth, caring for your baby, or getting a little sleep postpartum! The Birth Planning Session gives you: 2 hours of virtual education and decision making support (sometimes broken into more than one meeting) A finished, effective birth, sleep, or postpartum plan in your email! Scripts for advocacy once it's time to put the plan into action Make a plan that's more powerful than a checklist. Create something that works!
