Book 30-minute blocks of time with Emily. This time can be used to discuss whatever is on your mind! A one-off question or concern, a quick issue, or more information about a subject. These 30-minute blocks are often used by clients to discuss your options in childbirth, a past birth that you're trying to heal from, or to discover what triggers you might want to look out for as you prepare to give birth. Longer sessions offered at a discount, don't hesitate to reach out! This is also a great opportunity to learn what to expect during a Cesarean.
